Can
an order be cancelled once it has been placed?
You can
cancel an order that has already been placed if
it has not entered the processing and transit stage.
To cancel an order, go to Order Status & History
and then click the order number to view that order's
details. An order can still be cancelled if it has
not yet entered the processing and transit stage.
A "Cancel This Order" button will appear
next to the order if it can be cancelled. Click
this button to cancel the order.
If this button does not appear, the order cannot
be cancelled.
Shortly after you cancel an order, you will receive
an e-mail confirming the cancellation of your order.
If you are unable to cancel your order because it
has already entered the processing and transit stage,
you can return any unwanted items to us after you
receive them as per our return policy.
